Return Policy

Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your bag, please reach out to us. At Elavora, our goal is to ensure that you're 100% satisfied with the products you've purchased from our suppliers. If, unexpectedly, you’re not satisfied, don’t hesitate to contact us so we can assist you immediately.

How can you return (parts of) your order?

You have the right to return your bag within 30 days of receiving it, regardless of the reason. We will refund the full order amount within five business days after receiving the returned product. However, please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Follow the steps below to return your product(s):

  1. Send an email to info@elavora.com stating that you wish to return all or part of your order.
  2. Wait for a response from our customer service team to confirm whether we can accept the return.
  3. If the return is accepted, please pack the product carefully and securely, preferably in its original packaging.
  4. Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service team.
  5. Share the Track & Trace code with our customer service team.
  6. Once we receive and inspect the package, we will refund the amount for the returned products via the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your order. Our orders are processed directly within our system, making cancellations impossible.

Damaged Products Upon Arrival

How unfortunate! It can sometimes happen that your product gets damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, after this period, the return option expires.

To resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please send us an email with a picture clearly showing the damaged part of the item. The best images show the damaged area on a flat surface, with both the label and the damage clearly visible. We use this information to assist you with your order and to prevent such issues in the future.

For damaged products, we offer a one-time replacement package and, unfortunately, cannot provide a refund. However, if the replacement product arrives damaged, we will refund the full purchase amount.

Incorrect Product Delivery

We do our best to process all orders correctly. However, mistakes can occasionally happen, resulting in the delivery of the wrong product. We will, of course, resolve this issue by sending you the correct order at no additional cost.

Delivery During Absence or to a Pickup Point

If a package is delivered to your home or a pickup point, Elavora covers the delivery costs. However, if the package is not accepted or collected from the pickup point, it will automatically be returned to the supplier. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct 100% of the order value from the refund.

Is the product damaged?

How unfortunate! We’re sorry that your product was damaged during transit. We’re happy to provide you with new packaging free of charge for the first incident, but unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund. If the replacement product is also defective, we will refund the full purchase amount.

Lost Package?

If a package gets lost or is not delivered due to logistical reasons, we will always send a new package first before considering our refund and return policy.

Import Duties

In some cases, customs may inspect your package upon delivery. Unfortunately, we have no control over changes in regulations effective from July 1, 2021. In rare instances, customs may charge a small import fee. However, we can assure you that such fees are applied in only 1% of cases.
