Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Processing Times

Standard items are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

Personalized and engraved items require an additional 1 to 3 business days for crafting and quality inspection, as each piece is made to order.

Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. Exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Tracking details are provided once your order has shipped.
Tracking information may take up to 2 business days to become active.

Important Terms

Late delivery does not qualify for a refund unless the package is officially confirmed as lost by the carrier.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information are not refundable.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived after 30 days, please contact us at info@elavora.com.

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, contact the shipping carrier and file a police report if theft is suspected. If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to us for assistance.

Optional Shipping Protection

Optional shipping protection is available at checkout.

It covers lost or stolen packages up to 250 USD.

If a protected order is lost, stolen, or never delivered, you are eligible for a replacement or refund.

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

Additional Policies

Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet entered processing or production. Once an order is being prepared or shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days with photo evidence so we can assist with a replacement or refund.

Sale items are eligible for store credit only. Full price items may qualify for a refund. Customized items are non returnable.

Do not return items to the sender address without prior approval, as this is not our return facility.
