Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet entered processing or production.

Processing typically begins shortly after an order is placed. As a result, cancellations are not guaranteed.

Once an order is in preparation, personalized, or has shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
