Returns & Refunds
Manufacturing Errors or Damaged Items
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Once verified, we will provide a free replacement at no additional cost.
Important conditions:
• Damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery
• Claims submitted after 3 days are considered customer caused and are not covered
Refunds & Returns (Within 30 Days)
Changed your mind? You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return
• Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
• Sender addresses and business registration addresses are not return locations
Once your return is approved and received at our returns facility, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 2 to 7 business days.

Customized Orders
All customized items, including engraved or personalized products, are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded due to their personalized nature.
Exception:
If a customized item arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
Late Items & Shipping Delays
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may request cancellation.
Once an item has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In this case:
• You must wait for delivery
• Then initiate a return following our returns procedure
Refunds cannot be issued until the returned item has been received and inspected at our facility.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package is confirmed lost or undelivered after 30 days, we will issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before processing or production begins.
Because processing often starts shortly after purchase, cancellations are not guaranteed.
Once an order is in production, personalized, or shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Missing Packages (In Transit)
If your order has been in transit or delayed for more than 5 weeks, please contact us. We will investigate and offer a replacement where appropriate.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Elavora is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but reported as lost or stolen.
If tracking shows delivery but you have not received your order:
• Contact the shipping carrier directly
• Consider filing a police report
We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacements in these cases.
